Akshay Kumar is gearing up for Raghava Lawrence’s Laxmmi Bomb, a remake of his own Tamil hit, Kanchana. The promo shows the protagonist in an avatar he has never played with, a world he has never experienced. And he started with his shooting experiences.

He also said that Laxmmi Bomb’s character has been the most mentally intensive. He said, “I’ve been in my career for 30 years. But Laxmmi’s character is the most mentally intensive role I’ve ever played. But somehow I managed. The film was originally scheduled for Reese on May 22 on the occasion of Eid in cinemas, but was canceled due to the lockdown that happened after the coronavirus pandemic. It will now appear on Disney Plus Hotstar on the eve of Diwali on November 9. Laxmmi Bomb also plays Kiara Advani.
