Amitabh Bachchan places ‘then and then’ photo collage with son Abhishek

Amitabh Bachchan shared a collage of throwback photos of time spent with son Abhishek Bachchan on Wednesday.

In one photo, from the recent past, Abhishek was photographing next to his father’s set and had stopped by. In the close-up, Junior B is seen wearing a mask. The other photo in the collage is from Bachchan’s younger days as a superstar, when Abhishek was a toddler.

Big B posted the collage on his blog, as well as on Twitter and Instagram. ‘Then … and then’ he wrote on Instagram along with the image. On his official blog, Big B wrote, “There is nothing more satisfying than the son visiting the set and knowing that he is also filming next door.”

Earlier this year, Amitabh had tested positive for Coronavirus along with Abhishek, Aishwarya and Aaradhya. They have since recovered and have resumed their work.

Speaking about the pandemic, Big B wrote on his blog, “We all live in a world that has driven us to change and many feel that that’s what we should be now … or that’s how the world wants us to be. … force of nature … never to be ignored … the pandemic created several guidelines for us … it delivered … nature delivered it … live with it embrace it and move on. “

The actor, who turned 78 in October, has a lot to look forward to. He will star in Nagraj Manjule’s “Jhund”, the Emraan Hashmi co-starrer “Chehre”, and Ayan Mukerji’s action fantasy drama “Brahmastra”, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Telugu superstar Nagarjuna.

Big B also stars with Deepika Padukone and Telugu superstar Prabhas in a multilingual mega production for the big screen. The as-yet-untitled film will be released in 2022.
