Kangana Ranaut and Rangoli Chandel summoned by Mumbai Police on November 10 : Bollywood News


Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel have been summoned by the Mumbai Police once again. He has been asked to appear before the police for questioning on 10 November.

A few weeks ago a first information report (FIR) was filed against Kangana and Rangoli following a Mumbai court order. The order was passed after a casting director, who petitioned the court, alleged that the actress was creating ‘communal divisions in the minds of the people of two communities and the common man’ through her tweet on Twitter. The petitioner, Sahil Ashrafali Syed, also mentioned Rangoli in the complaint. He said that Kangana is creating divisions between Hindu and Muslim artists and maliciously bringing religion in almost all her tweets.

In late October another petition was filed against the siblings by Advocate Ali Qasif Khan. According to Live Law India, “The court ordered an inquiry under Section 202 of the CrPC and sought a police report on the allegations on the siblings. Judge Bhagwat T Zirpe was hearing a complaint filed by advocate Ali Kasif Khan Deshmukh for offenses punishable under Sections 153-A, 153-B, 195-A, 298, 505 along with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Advocate Ali has recently filed another complaint against Kangana Ranaut before the Andheri Magistrate Court for allegedly creating differences between Hindus and Muslims and an FIR against Kangana and her sister by a magistrate court in Bandra The judiciary has been allegedly mocked after the order of filing.
