Karishma Prakash has nothing to do Deepika Padukone: KWAN

Publicist Karishma Prakash has resigned and no longer represents Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone. As of yesterday, there were rumors that Karishma has resigned from KWAN Talent Management Company. On Wednesday, the company issued an official statement to confirm the development.

Karishma Prakash filed her resignation on October 21 with immediate effect and it was accepted. She now has nothing to do with KWAN or any of the artists the agency represents, including Deepika Padukone. The ongoing investigations are targeting Karishma Prakash as We would ask media companies and reporters to include this fact when reporting on this matter, ”said Vijay Subramaniam, KWAN co-founder and CEO, in the official statement.

A few days ago, the Narcotics Control Bureau had made another appeal to Deepika’s former manager Karishma in a drug case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Karishma would be untraceable.

Earlier this year, Deepika and Karishma had appeared for questioning before the NCB once.

In addition to Deepika, the NCB also questioned Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan in connection with a drug-related case in Sushant’s death investigation. The NCB has also confiscated the phones of the three actors and sent them to the forensics department.

The drug enforcement agency had registered a case at the request of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) after some alleged drug chats came up in August.

Sushant was found dead in his apartment on June 14. In addition to NCB, the CBI and ED are investigating the death of the actor.
