Given the current scenario, the world could use some laughter. It is therefore good news that several filmmakers are ready to put their comedies on floors. Just a day after Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor left for Dalhousie to shoot Bhoot Police, director Gurmmeet Singh’s horror comedy, Phone Bhoot, is next. It has been learned that the Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer is slated to roll out by the end of the month.
While Siddhant was shooting for Shakun Batra’s as-yet-untitled following in Goa, the remaining cast of Phone Bhoot joined him in the beach state for an extended reading last month. After initial preparation, Katrina left for the UK to meet with her family. Gurmmeet was pleased with the way the measurements were going and informed his team that he is ready to start the project soon, ”a source reveals. Part of the film, which revolves around three ghostbusters, is shot in Goa, followed by a schedule in Mumbai.
